Role Purpose
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new recruitment clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint within the South African market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new clients across target industries
• Talent acquisition
• Develop and execute a structured sales strategy
• Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person)
• Negotiate terms of business and fee agreements
• Convert leads into signed service agreements
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure delivery
• Monitor market trends and hiring activity in South Africa
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years agency recruitment experience
• Proven track record in bringing in new business
• Strong network of HR Managers / Hiring Managers
• Understanding of South African recruitment market
• Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Self-motivated and commercially driven
