Job Description:
A leading company in the financial services sector is looking for a Graduate Graphic Designer to join their creative and marketing team. This role is designed for a recent graduate with a formal qualification in Graphic Design and no more than 6 months of work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality, professional design work that supports our brand and communications within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and adapt visual content for digital platforms (web, social media, email, presentations) and print collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to create designs that align with brand standards and business objectives.
• Assist in developing layouts for reports, client communications, and investor materials.
• Support campaign execution through creative design input and delivery.
• Maintain consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with design best practices and emerging tools.
Requirements
• A formal qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 0–6 months of work experience (internships or academic project work acceptable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to create polished, professional designs suitable for a corporate environment.
• Ability to interpret and present complex information visually in a clear, engaging way.
• Good communication, organisation, and time management skills.
