Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our high-end hospitality offerings. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the luxury events space, and a proactive approach to client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the events, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
• Actively promote the originations packages and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and event coordination teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to represent the brand and grow the network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience selling luxury or lifestyle products/services will be an advantage.
• Existing network of corporate or high-net-worth clients in South Africa is a bonus.
